We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Low Voltage Technician to spearhead our low voltage systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting efforts. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of low voltage systems including CCTV, fire alarms, security systems, sensors, IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems), and telecommunication networks.
• Oversee field service activities, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to schematics and NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and recommend tailored solutions that incorporate system design principles for optimal performance.
• Manage cabling, wiring, and power distribution using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct system testing, remote access configuration, troubleshooting, and diagnostics for security systems and network connectivity issues.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on technical procedures, schematics interpretation, locksmithing basics, and the use of specialized tools.
• Maintain detailed documentation including schematics, installation reports, incident logs, and service records to ensure compliance with industry standards.
