Lead Journeyman Electrician

A well-established electrical contractor based in the Napa Valley is seeking an experienced Lead Journeyman Electrician to join our team immediately. This is a full-time position offering steady work with a small, fast-paced, and highly respected company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage residential and/or commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
• Read and interpret architectural and electrical plans.
• Work independently while coordinating project schedules, quality, safety, and manpower.
• Supervise crews while remaining actively involved in field work.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of electrical experience preferred.
• Experience with residential and/or commercial electrical installations.
• Proven ability to run projects independently.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
• Clean driving record.
• Must provide your own hand tools.
• Solar installation experience is a plus.
