A well-established electrical contractor based in the Napa Valley is looking for a skilled Journeyman Electrician to join our team immediately. This is a full-time position with steady work for a small, fast-paced company that values quality craftsmanship and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or commercial electrical installations, repairs, and service work.
• Read and interpret architectural and electrical plans.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with applicable codes.
• Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

Qualifications

• Current Journeyman Electrician certification preferred.
• Experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work.
• Ability to work independently or lead and mentor an apprentice.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Must provide your own hand tools.
• Solar installation experience is a plus.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work.
