Lead Electrician/Foreman

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to oversee electrical projects and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership abilities and a thorough understanding of electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians on construction sites, ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide installation processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an electrician with a strong background in construction site experience.
• Familiarity with construction management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations applicable to electrical work.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as an ohmmeter.
