Yes Electric is hiring an experienced Lead Technician to run commercial electrical projects from the field. This is a senior, hands-on role combining lead tech, foreman, and estimating responsibilities. You will lead crews, manage job-site execution, support estimating and bidding, and own quality and code compliance on commercial work.

Responsibilities

- Lead and direct field crews on commercial electrical projects

- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications

- Support estimating and bidding on commercial jobs

- Manage materials, scheduling, and job-site progress as foreman

- Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements

- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial electrical systems

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience

- Proven experience as a lead tech, foreman, and/or estimator

- Ability to read blueprints and electrical drawings

- Clean, valid driver's license

- Willing to travel for projects

- Strong leadership and crew-management skills

Compensation and Schedule

- $30-$55 per hour, depending on experience

- Full-time, consistent work

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
