is a commercial and industrial electrical contractor with consistent work across Northern Virginia and the Metro DC area. We're hiring an experienced Lead Electrician who knows how to run work and is ready to take on more responsibility as we grow.

The Role

This is a hands-on field position. You'll be on the tools alongside your crew while running commercial projects, coordinating with PMs and GCs, and holding the work to a high standard. We're a tight team and we're looking for someone who fits, earns trust, and grows with us over time.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience in the field
• Experience leading crews on commercial jobsites
• Strong command of electrical drawings, specs, and project sequencing
• Clear communication with GCs, PMs, and your crew
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check
