Lead Electrician

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Electrician to oversee electrical projects and ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across diverse environments. As a key leader on our team, you will coordinate electrical work, mentor apprentice/helpers and ensure all projects adhere to local electrical codes and safety standards. Your expertise in residential, industrial and commercial electrical systems will drive successful project completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

What You'll Do:

• Lead residential and commercial electrical projects from start to finish.
• Supervise and work alongside apprentices and helpers.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems.
• Read blueprints and lay out jobs efficiently.
• Keep projects moving while maintaining a clean and safe job site.
• Communicate with customers and team members professionally.
• Make sure work is completed to code and meets our quality standards.

What We're Looking For

• At least 4 years of hands-on electrical experience.
• Experience leading a crew or the ability to step into a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of residential and commercial electrical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Reliable, motivated, and someone who takes pride in their work.
• North Carolina electrical license is a plus, but not required.
