Automation Solutions LLC is a small but rapidly growing company in Germantown. With this growth, we are looking for a Journeyman Electrician that will continually build, develop and grow subcontractor and field personnel relationships to ensure success of each project.

As a valued member of Automation Solutions LLC, you will work collaboratively with talented professionals who deliver integrated solutions in electrical innovation. Even though our company is small, we are committed to continued growth and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises electricians and apprentices in installing electrical fixtures
• Repairs, installs, replaces and tests electrical circuits
• Leads, guides and or trains others in applicable procedures and techniques
• Ensures the proper care and maintenance of equipment and supplies
• Promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices
• Provides leadership and support to the project staff and ensure quality and timely completion of projects
• Research and suggest options on construction means, methods and equipment
• Monitor and document job site safety and accident prevention
• Keep current with latest applicable technology and techniques

Requirements

• High school diploma (or GED) or Trade School diploma
• Journeyman Electrician License
• At least 4 years of electrical experience as a foreman or project manager
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, plans and specifications
• Strong math and analytical skills
• Ability to multi-task, manage time and prioritize projects to meet required deadlines
