Position Overview

* Dade Electric Service is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, and

repair electrical systems on commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects throughout

South Florida.

* This role works closely with project managers, foremen, and field crews to ensure electrical

Systems are installed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures * Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications * Install conduit systems, panels, switchgear, lighting, and power distribution * Perform troubleshooting and electrical testing * Ensure installations meet NEC and local code requirements * Follow company safety procedures and jobsite safety policies * Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and other trades * Assist with system startup, testing, and commissioning

Qualifications

* Journeyman electrician license or equivalent experience * 5+ years of electrical installation experience * Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems * Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics * Familiarity with NEC and electrical safety standards * Ability to work in active construction environments * Experience with...
