We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our field operations team. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems associated with solar energy projects, EV charging infrastructure, battery storage systems, and commercial electrical construction projects.

Position Summary

The Journeyman Electrician provides hands-on field expertise while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards and applicable electrical codes. This role works closely with Project Managers, Construction Supervisors, Apprentices, and other field personnel to support project execution and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on commercial and industrial projects.
• Perform electrical installations for solar PV systems, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging stations, and related infrastructure.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, specifications, and single-line diagrams.
• Install conduit, wiring, panels, switchgear, disconnects, transformers, and associated equipment.
• Conduct equipment testing, commissioning, and startup activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance and service work on existing installations.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA regulations, and company safety policies.
