What You’ll Do

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with confidence and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local code requirements Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site Accurately track and document work performed and materials used

What You Bring

Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent experience recognized in Indiana) 3–5+ years of hands-on electrical experience Strong working knowledge of NEC and safety standards Ability to work independently and contribute to a high-performing team A customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check
