Highlights of your role: * Perform electrical work safely and efficiently, maintaining clean and organized workspaces. * Troubleshoot and repair facility electrical systems, including working in tight spaces and elevated platforms. * Accurately document work order hours, equipment history, and inventory usage. * Interpret equipment manuals and drawings to support maintenance and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can): * A current Minnesota Journeyman’s Electrical License. * Prior experience performing electrical work in a facility or industrial setting. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

Also want to make sure you have: * Experience using aerial lifts, ladders, and hand tools safely and effectively. * Flexibility to shift between tasks and departments as needed. * Ability to train others and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Core Hours: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m., with occasional overtime and weekend project work.
