As a Lead Electrical Installer, you will oversee and perform the installation of electrical systems, combining hands-on work with mentorship to ensure every job reflects the standard of quality our name is built on. In this role, you will guide the crew, keep projects on track, and help develop skilled electricians for the future, all while building toward the kind of stable, long-term career the trade is known for.

• Valid drivers license with a clean, safe driving record
• Pre-employment background check
• Pre-employment drug screen
• Strong communication and People Skills
• MN Electrical Journeyman License

A successful candidate will have 5 years experience in Residential Installs, a MN Journeyman License and have a friendly customer service disposition.
