Hatchett Electrical Contracting is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician / Experienced Electrician to support residential, commercial, and service work throughout Northeast Florida.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems
• Install and service wiring, panels, lighting, generators, and related electrical components
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide effective solutions
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, proposals, and job specifications
• Test electrical systems to ensure proper operation and code compliance
• Complete work orders and required documentation accurately
• Maintain tools, equipment, company vehicles, and job site cleanliness
• Follow OSHA, NEC, local code, and company safety standards
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

• Journeyman Electrician license or certification preferred
• Minimum 5 years of recent electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Ability to work independently and manage job responsibilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Fluent English verbal and written communication skills
