Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to support the construction, installation, and commissioning of mission-critical facilities and hyperscale data centers. This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems in highly technical environments where quality, safety, and schedule adherence are critical.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial or industrial electrical experience, demonstrate a commitment to safety and craftsmanship, and have the ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced construction team delivering complex data center infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install electrical raceways, conduit systems (EMT, IMC, RMC, and PVC), cable tray, supports, and associated infrastructure.
• Pull, route, terminate, and test power, control, and communication cabling.
• Install and connect switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS systems, PDUs, RPPs, and other mission-critical electrical equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and one-line diagrams.
• Install, terminate, and test low-voltage and medium-voltage systems as required.
• Perform electrical work in accordance with NEC, local code requirements, project specifications, and company standards.
• Support equipment energization, startup, commissioning, and turnover activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical installation issues while maintaining project schedules.
• Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, inspections, and testing activities.
