Field Project Address:20000 N Sky Ranch Road Belen, New Mexico 87002<div>POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT </div><div>Moss is the #1 Solar EPC and is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Journeyman to support our electrical team in Belen, New Mexico. MUST be Licensed in New Mexico. </div><div></div><div>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES </div><div> Supervise multiple electrical crews ensuring we are compliant with state statutes </div><div> Supervise, mentor, and train apprentices </div><div> Ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety procedures </div><div> Run electrical wiring for DC and AC circuits according to project specifications and local codes </div><div> Diagnosing and resolving electrical issues within solar PV systems </div><div> Performing routine inspections and maintenance checks on solar installations </div><div> Ensure all electrical work complies with state and local building codes and regulations </div><div> Perform other duties as assigned </div><div>REQUIREMENTS </div><div>• Must enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather </div><div>• Must be able to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials, adhering to all safety standards </div><div>• Must have reliable transportation to and from the project site </div><div>• Ability to convey a positive and professional attitude, adhering to Moss core values </div><div>• To ensure a safe work environment, a pre-employment drug screening is required EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE </div><div> State Journeyman license required for the state employed in New Mexico</div><div> Minimum of High School diploma required </div><div> Proficiency in using electrical tools and testing equipment for solar installations </div><div> Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic environment with ability to handle a high pressure environment, and prioritize work effectively </div><div> Detail oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner </div><div>JOB LOCATION: Belen, New Mexico</div><div>CLASSIFICATION: FULL TIME – NON-EXEMPT – </div><div>HOURLY REPORTS TO: ELECTRICAL SUPERINTENDENT </div>Moss is an equal opportunity employer.
