Journeyman Electrician

Job Summary

PureSky Solar & Electric is growing, and we're looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our team.

We're a locally owned electrical contractor specializing in residential, commercial, agricultural, solar, and standby generator installations. We take pride in delivering quality workmanship, treating customers right, and building a team that enjoys coming to work every day.

Schedule

• Four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday)
• 40 hours per week
• An occasional Friday may be required based on workload or project schedules
• Overtime opportunities available as needed

Responsibilities

• Perform residential, commercial, and agricultural electrical installations
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform service work
• Install standby generators and transfer switches
• Install solar electrical systems (training available if needed)
• Lead projects and mentor apprentices
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Qualifications

• Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician License
• Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Experience reading blueprints and electrical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
