### Job Summary

Tiger Star Construction is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician to support the construction and electrical build-out of the Hailiang Copper manufacturing facility in Sealy, Texas. This role will focus on installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems for industrial facilities and production lines, ensuring all work meets applicable codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

### Key Responsibilities

* Install, terminate, and test electrical systems for industrial facilities, including:

+ Power distribution systems + Conduit (EMT, rigid, and PVC) + Panels, transformers, and disconnects + Motors, VFDs, and production equipment * Perform electrical work related to manufacturing and production line build-outs * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings * Ensure all installations comply with NEC, local codes, and project requirements * Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues during installation and commissioning * Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other trades on-site * Supervise and provide guidance to apprentice electricians as needed * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area * Follow all Tiger Star Construction and site-specific safety policies

### Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license (Texas or recognized reciprocal license)
• Minimum 3–5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
• Experience working in:

+ Industrial facilities or manufacturing environments + Production equipment and process power systems * Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and construction standards * Ability to work from prints with minimal supervision * Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in Sealy, TX * OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)

### Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working on ladders, lifts, and in industrial environments
• Ability to work extended hours or weekends as project schedules require

### Preferred Skills (Not Required)

* Experience with:

+ Motor controls and control panels + PLC-related wiring (installation side) + Start-up and commissioning support * Industrial construction background * Bilingual (English/Spanish)
