What We’re Looking For

• Several years of residential and/or light commercial electrical experience
• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills
• Leadership mindset with a willingness to mentor and train others
• Commitment to quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example with your tool belt on
• Positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, service, and troubleshooting
• Lead and support electrical team members in the field
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
• Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Assist with department growth, organization, and process improvement
• Help develop and train future electricians
