The successful candidate will interact with clients and other contractors on job sites, work collaboratively with PDC’s internal office staff, and train apprentices in the field. This role is expected to independently perform electrical work in industrial environments, including installation of fiber optic cabling and automation systems in industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated problem-solver who can work effectively, maintain positive working relationships with other crew members, and convey a high degree of professionalism when interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial or industrial settings * Read, interpret, and redline blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams * Bend rigid metallic conduit * Pull and terminate wire and/or fiber optic cable * Inspect and test electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and wiring * Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes and local regulations * Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and implement effective solutions * Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and team members on job sites * Document progress and issues in Procore * Maintain a safe and organized work environment following OSHA safety standards

Requirements
