Industrial Maintenance Electrician

#### The Industrial Maintenance Electrician will maintain, troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and repair electrical equipment including blow molding, injection molding, and slide-glass production operations. This position is responsible for ensuring electrical system reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting operational efficiency in a high-precision manufacturing environment for medical devices.

#### Duties and Responsibilities (essential duties are *italicized*)

*1.**Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize electrical, automation, and control systems for production and facility equipment to ensure maximum reliability and uptime.*

*2.**Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical components, systems, and machinery, including blow molding, injection molding, and glass production equipment.*

*3.**Install, maintain, and test industrial electrical systems, including conduit, wiring, panels, MCCs, and PLC cabinets, in accordance with NEC and NFPA 70E standards.*

*4.**Lead troubleshooting and repair of electrical systems including motors, drives (VFDs, servos), relays, contactors, and control circuits up to 480V.*

*5.**Collaborate with mechanical and maintenance teams to troubleshoot integrated electro-mechanical issues across production systems.*

*6.**Experience and knowledge of AC and DC motor controls, starters, contactors, overloads, start/stop/jog circuits, and motor wiring methods.*

*7.**Familiarity with single-phase (120/240V) and three-phase (480V) power systems, fuses, transformers, control transformers, and 24V DC control voltage systems.*

*8.**Read and interpret electrical schematic diagrams, one-line diagrams, ladder logic, and PLC block programming.*

*9.**Perform PLC troubleshooting on Siemens and Allen-Bradley systems; PLC programming experience is highly desired but not required.*
