Location: Brownsburg, IN

Pay: $45-$50 per Hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Start Date: Wednesday, June 10

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician / Millwright for an immediate opening in Brownsburg, Indiana. This is a hands-on maintenance position supporting a manufacturing facility and is ideal for candidates with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience.

Important: On-Call Requirement

This position includes a mandatory on-call rotation and is a critical part of the role. Candidates must be willing and able to respond to after-hours maintenance calls when needed.

Must be available for after-hours emergency call-ins

Minimum 4 hours of pay guaranteed for any call-in

Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently during off-hours

Reliability and responsiveness are essential

This is a key function of the position and will be discussed during the interview process

Responsibilities

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and machinery

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, controls, and mechanical components

Diagnose equipment failures and minimize downtime

Install, maintain, and repair production equipment

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings

Repair and maintain conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, motors, and drive systems

Support facility maintenance projects and equipment upgrades

Respond to emergency maintenance situations and equipment breakdowns

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience required

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Experience working on industrial manufacturing equipment

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
