SUMMARY

This position will focus on troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving electrical systems, especially those controlled by PLCs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and installing programs for various applications, and leading electrical projects. Additionally, you will collaborate with the maintenance team to address electrical issues, ensuring optimal operation and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Education/Experience: + Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Industrial Automation, or a related field. + Minimum of 3–5 years of industrial electrical or industrial maintenance experience. + Skills: - Strong proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar platforms). - Deep understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, troubleshooting, and installation. - Knowledge of high and low voltage single phase and three phase wiring. - Knowledge of electrical codes and industry safety standards. - Experience with industrial automation, control systems, and related technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - 480V and 240V three-phase electrical systems, including troubleshooting motors, starters, disconnects, breakers, transformers, and control circuits. - Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), arc-flash safety, PPE, and electrical safe-work practices, with working knowledge of applicable OSHA requirements and NFPA 70E electrical safety practices. - Knowledge of applicable OSHA electrical safety requirements and NFPA 70E electrical safety practices. * Additional Qualifications: + **Ability to read and int...
