Industrial Electrician (Junior / Entry-to-Mid Level)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated young Industrial Electrician to join our team in Cuddy, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career working on heavy industrial equipment such as pumps, mixers, silos, drill rigs, and similar machinery.

You will focus on VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), motor controls, and full equipment rewiring, while applying knowledge of low voltage, 110V, 240V, and 480V systems. After initial training, you will support various tasks across the team and participate in occasional jobsite missions (a few weeks per year). You will report to the Senior Electrician in a collaborative, team-oriented environment where flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems on industrial equipment such as pumps, mixers, silos, drill rigs, and related machinery.
• Work extensively with VFDs, motor controls, control panels, and perform full rewiring of equipment across low voltage, 110V, 240V, and 480V systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues on three-phase power systems, motors, controls, sensors, and automation components.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Conduct preventive maintenance, testing, and calibration of electrical systems to ensure maximum uptime and safety.
