Job Overview

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical crews on construction sites, coordinating daily tasks to meet project deadlines
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical schematics to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems including low voltage, high voltage, and power distribution components
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, ohmmeters, and other testing equipment to diagnose electrical issues effectively
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and safety regulations
• Manage the installation of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation components in industrial settings
• Conduct site inspections, quality control checks, and safety audits regularly to uphold standards
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met efficiently

Experience

• Proven experience as an electrician in industrial or commercial construction environments
• Strong background in industrial electrician tasks including PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Construction site experience with renovation projects and new builds
