About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dependable MASTER Electrician to join our team in a factory setting focused on the production of modular homes and prefabricated structures, including guard booths. Candidates must have an active, valid state electrician license and demonstrate solid expertise in residential electrical systems.

The ideal candidate will possess strong electrical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional craftsmanship in modular home construction. The position will be based out of our Waynesboro, Pennsylvania facility, and reports to the Production Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Primary responsibilities include electrical wiring of modular home units during production, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and standards (HUD, NEC, and local building codes), and collaborating with the production team to ensure timely and quality installations.
• The electrician’s expertise may also be applied to oversee and execute electrical installations in prefabricated guard booths and custom structures within the same facility.
• The licensed electrician will also be integral to off-site homes installations and troubleshooting as well as a subject matter expert for repairs and services as needed.
