Facilities Maintenance Electrician

Saunders Entertainment LLC. is looking for a full-time Facilities Maintenance Electrician to support an exciting new facility build-out project in Nolensville, TN! This is a full-time, temporary position (approximately June–October) with strong potential for full-time hire based on performance and business needs. This role is ideal for individuals with 2-3 years of electrical experience who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. Key Responsibilities:* Assist with electrical installations, modifications, and troubleshooting under supervision * Support a facility build-out / tenant improvement project * Perform light demolition and site preparation as needed * Help move equipment, materials, and inventory between locations * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment * Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to meet project timelines

Qualifications

* 2–3 years of electrical experience required * Experience in facilities, construction, or maintenance strongly preferred * Ability to safely operate hand and power tools * Comfortable performing physical labor, including lifting and moving materials up to 100lbs. * Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude * Demonstrated ability to practice safety requirements and OSHA standards when working with hazardous energy and heavy loads.

Compensation & Schedule

* $24–$32/hour, depending on experience * Full-time hours for the duration of the project (June–October), may require working evenings, weekends and outdoors. * This position may require standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks. * Opportunity for permanent placement following project completion
