Experienced Residential Electrician

Job Summary

Bright Light Electric is a small but growing electrical contractor serving the Indianapolis area. We are looking for motivated electricians who take pride in their work, value customer service, and want to be part of a team focused on continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates will have at least two years of electrical experience, possess their own basic hand tools, and be capable of working independently with minimal supervision. We value reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience preferred
• Residential service and troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
• Own basic hand tools and be prepared to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work professionally with customers, coworkers, and other trades
• Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to quality workmanship
• Ability to complete work safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
