Compensation

Responsibilities

* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems to ensure safety and functionality. * Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions for complex electrical challenges. * Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly. * Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment for everyone. * Provide clear, actionable guidance to apprentices and less experienced team members, fostering their growth. * Document all work performed accurately and maintain organized records for future reference. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service and support.
