*Electrical Foreman / SupervisorAbout the Role*

Experienced Electrical Foreman needed to lead field crews on industrial and commercial projects. Hands-on leadership role responsible for safety, crew coordination, quality control, and on-schedule delivery in a high-focus, productive environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities comply with company safety policies, OSHA standards, applicable electrical codes, and NFPA requirements
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce all safety policies
• Supervise and direct a crew of journeymen and apprentices
• Coordinate daily work assignments and monitor progress
• Ensure work complies with NEC, drawings, and project specifications
• Communicate with project managers on scheduling, materials, and manpower
• Troubleshoot issues in the field and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; OSHA 30 Certification is a plus
• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, including supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read plans, specs, and one-line diagrams
