*Electrical Foreman / SupervisorAbout the Role*

Experienced Electrical Foreman needed to lead field crews on industrial and commercial projects. Hands-on leadership role responsible for safety, crew coordination, quality control, and on-schedule delivery in a high-focus, productive environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities comply with company safety policies, OSHA standards, applicable electrical codes, and NFPA requirements
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce all safety policies
• Supervise and direct a crew of journeymen and apprentices
• Coordinate daily work assignments and monitor progress
• Ensure work complies with NEC, drawings, and project specifications
• Communicate with project managers on scheduling, materials, and manpower
• Troubleshoot issues in the field and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; OSHA 30 Certification is a plus
• 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience, including supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read plans, specs, and one-line diagrams
• Valid driver’s license; willingness to travel between job sites

*Journeyman Electrician*

About the Role

Licensed Journeyman Electrician needed for industrial and commercial projects including manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and commercial builds. Join a team that values safety, craftsmanship, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities comply with company safety policies, OSHA standards, applicable electrical codes, and NFPA requirements
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in industrial and commercial settings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
• Ensure all work meets NEC code and local regulations
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
• Mentor apprentices and maintain a safe job site

Requirements

• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations; OSHA 30 Certification is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of field experience in industrial or commercial electrical work
• Strong knowledge of NEC and applicable codes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Requirements

• Enrolled in or eligible for a registered apprenticeship program (preferred)
• Basic understanding of electrical concepts is a plus
• Physically able to perform work on active construction sites
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license
