Electrician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across various commercial, industrial, and renovation projects. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes, schematics, and safety standards to ensure reliable and compliant electrical operations. The Electrician will work on diverse projects that demand technical expertise, precision, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay Rate Range: $26 to $30 an hr

Duties

* Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and systems in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations. * Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and power tools to identify issues and ensure safety compliance. * Perform maintenance on industrial equipment, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and other automation components. * Assist in renovation projects by updating or replacing existing wiring systems while adhering to safety protocols. * Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete electrical tasks on construction sites or within existing structures. * Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, including high voltage and low voltage standards. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades such as frame carpentry or handyman teams to coordinate project timelines. * Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections conducted for accountability and future refer...
