What you'll do

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, control schematics, and BAS documentation.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical and building automation systems, including HVAC controls, lighting controls, and energy management systems.
• Perform high- and low-voltage installations, including conduit, control wiring, panels, sensors, actuators, and BAS devices.
• Pull, terminate, and test wiring for control panels, motors, VFDs, and building automation equipment.
• Assist with system startup, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Safely operate electrical tools and testing equipment while following company safety standards.
• Coordinate with project teams and other trades to ensure successful installations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site while properly managing tools and materials.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or Trade School Certification in Electrical Technology (or related field)
• Strong knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and BAS drawings
• Proficiency with electrical tools, including conduit benders and drills
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Good-to-Haves

• Experience with high-voltage and low-voltage/control systems
• Journeyman Electrician License
• 5+ years of relevant electrical experience
• Experience with building automation systems (BAS)
• Willingness to travel occasionally (overnight stays possible)
