Electrician Tech 2 Residential and Small Commercial

Role Objective

Experienced Electrician to undertake a variety of tasks relating to setting up and executing electrical infrastructure for renewable energy projects (EV Chargers, Energy Storage Systems, Distributed Energy).

Job Duties

• Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning Level 2 AC EVSE(electric vehicle supply equipment)
• Install electrical apparatus and equipment for Level 2 AC EVSE and other systems
• Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged components.
• Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring through them
• Install safety switches, circuit breakers and electrical panels
• Coordinate with other on-site contractors for timely and efficient project execution*(Foremen)*
• Manage at least one helper/skilled laborer
• Train inexperienced team members to develop skills required to advance in the company*(Foremen)*

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience as electrician 3-5 years of Experience
• Diploma in relevant vocation training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician
• Experience in Residential and/or small commercial electrical systems
• Demonstrates ability to use electrical and hand tools
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Hungry to grow with a company from the ground floor
• Self-motivated and resourceful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
