Electrician

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Electricians to join our dynamic team. We are currently hiring for our residential, commerical, and service departments. In each department, this role will require installing, maintaining, and/or repairing electrical systems. You will also ensure that all electrical work complies with safety standards and electrical codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC). You will work on construction sites, renovation projects, and ongoing maintenance tasks, utilizing your knowledge of low and high voltage systems. This position offers an opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to safe and efficient electrical operations.

Responsibilities could include (each department has slightly different responsibilities)

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical projects.
• Use hand tools, power tools, multimeters such as ohmmeters, and other electrical testing devices to diagnose issues and verify system integrity.
• Ensure all work adheres to NEC standards, local codes, and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate electrical installations during new builds or renovations.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and document all work performed.
• Read schematics accurately to troubleshoot complex electrical problems efficiently.

Experience

• Proven electrician experience with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
• Familiarity with low voltage systems, high voltage applications, and/or control wiring is essential.
• Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and using testing tools like ohmmeters.
