Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Residential Electrician to manage the installation, repair, maintenance, and upgrade of electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and components within residential properties. This role requires expertise in adhering to the National Electrical Code (NEC), advanced troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality electrical work.

Key Responsibilities and Duties Installation & Upgrades: Install, repair, and upgrade various residential electrical systems, including lighting, circuits, outlets, switches, panel boxes, sub-panels, ceiling fans, and whole-house surge protection. Troubleshooting & Diagnosis: Promptly and accurately diagnose complex electrical problems, shorts, faults, and failures in wiring and systems using appropriate testing equipment (e.g., volt-meters, circuit tracers). Service & Repair: Perform service calls for electrical repairs, replacements, and routine maintenance tasks, ensuring all work meets rigorous safety standards. Code Compliance: Strictly adhere to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all local, state, and national building codes, regulations, and safety standards (OSHA). Blueprint & Wiring Interpretation: Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to ensure correct installation methods.
