Electrician - Night Shift

Overview

Up-North Plastics, Inc. is currently seeking Electricians to join our maintenance team. Up North Plastics recently completed a new building at our Cottage Grove MN location and is hiring due to company growth. Up North Plastics produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction films, and agricultural film.

*Starting Pay $28.00* Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:* Some experience performing troubleshooting functions in a manufacturing environment. * Strong electrical knowledge. * The desire to expand knowledge and grow with the company. * The ability and desire to work safely. * Additional responsibilities and opportunities as they are assigned by management. * Complete training on a Mon-Fri day schedule prior to moving to designated shift.

Responsibilities

Industrial Electricians at Up North Plastics are responsible for the maintenance, installation, troubleshooting and modification of new and existing industrial converting equipment. This role will recommend and execute maintenance procedures. The Electrician will be working in a manufacturing maintenance team. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
