Summary

As an Industrial Operation Technician, your role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial equipment, particularly those involving HMI, VCB, ACB, and high/low voltage systems.

You ensure efficient and safe operations by performing routine inspections, addressing equipment issues promptly, and conducting preventive maintenance.

Additionally, you maintain accurate records and collaborate with the facility management team to comply with safety standards, contributing to the overall success and smooth operation of the facility.

Minimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or higher preferred

State approved license preferred.

(Conditioned air contractor, Plumber etc) 3~5 years professional experience in live facility maintenance preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Electrical Systems: Expertise in high/low voltage systems, including VCBs and ACBs operation and maintenance. HMI (Human-Machine Interfaces): Proficiency in monitoring and controlling industrial processes via HMI systems.

Industrial Equipment: Comprehensive understanding of industrial machinery and its maintenance requirements.

Safety Standards: Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry safety protocols to ensure compliance. Preventive Maintenance: Knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.

Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic skills to efficiently identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate diagnostic tools and software for system analysis and maintenance.
