Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, systems, and components in accordance with NEC (National Electrical Code) standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute electrical installations.
• Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete wiring tasks on construction sites or renovation projects.
• Test electrical circuits using instruments such as ohmmeters and multimeters to diagnose issues effectively.
• Work with low voltage and high voltage systems safely, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with construction teams, mechanical and other trades to coordinate electrical work during projects.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed for compliance purposes.
• Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automation tasks in industrial settings when applicable.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical documents related to industrial or commercial electrical systems.
