Essential Job Functions

• Follow standard operating procedures as well as written and verbal orders and instructions in English.
• Lift up to 75 lbs. and be in good physical condition. Standing, bending, and climbing as well as upper body and back strength required.
• Follow all company policies and procedures as stated in the company policy and safety manual including wearing safety glasses, ear protection, and steel toed shoes.
• Able to work in a noisy environment.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Actively pursue cost reduction measures.
• Perform all assigned tasks within specific time limits and company standards.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must comply with all safety regulations regarding the work area, the product and equipment. Recognize and report all safety discrepancies to your supervisor.
• Willing to develop a thorough knowledge of all aspects of this field including products, options, & uses.
• Ability to learn how to read and understand simple blue prints.
• Ability & willingness to be cross trained in respective departments.
