Work in all areas of the facility. Install, wire and troubleshoot all electrical components. Must be instrumental in training all new electricians in all pay grades. Assemble a variety of different electrical components.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Understand and carry out verbal and written directions in English
• Close attention to detail
• Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision.
• Set work priorities to meet production goals as scheduled.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Meet minimum safety and 5S standards.
• Assemble harnesses, cables, switch panels, circuit boards, and a variety of different electrical components.
• Troubleshoot both 12 V DC and 110V AC circuitry.
• Troubleshoot all systems.
• Repair defects.
• Report repetitive quality issues.
• Be able to use hand and air tools as required.
• Must be able to differentiate between color shades.
