Duties

• Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and systems in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately execute installations and repairs.
• Conduct electrical diagnostics using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to identify issues quickly and precisely.
• Perform high-voltage electrical wiring tasks safely on construction sites or renovation projects while adhering to NFPA 70 (National Fire Protection Association) standards.
• Install programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and low-voltage systems for industrial automation processes.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code), NFPA 70 standards, and local electrical codes for safety and legality.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment efficiently to complete tasks accurately within project deadlines.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and installations for compliance audits and future reference.
• Follow electrical safety procedures rigorously to prevent accidents or hazards during all phases of work.
• Collaborate with construction teams on site to coordinate electrical installation activities effectively.
