Our Rock Hill, SC team is hiring a hands-on service provider and communicative leader to lead our daily residential projects. Depending on experience and qualifications, you'll earn $70,000 - $120,000/year. You'll work an 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday schedule. Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical work experience
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Our ideal Electrician - Crew Lead has strong troubleshooting skills and is experienced with hands-on residential electrical services and maintenance work. Organizational skills and time management abilities would also be beneficial.

Your Day, Your Responsibilities

• Traveling to customers' homes and speaking with them about their electrical system problems
• Leading your team in diagnosing issues, identifying corrective actions, and completing the appropriate repairs and maintenance
• Providing constructive coaching and direction to the technicians
• Completing efficient, compliant, and high-quality projects
