Electrician Commercial/Industrial

George R. Smalley, Inc. is a local, privately owned company with a solid 65-year history. We are now looking to expand our team to better serve our established customers in the Tri-State area. This is a Monday-Friday, Day Shift position.

Service includes commercial and light industrial. The skills set must include a Journeyman, a 2–4-person crew leader, an EMT, a rigid Conduit, Power panels and feeders, and control circuits.

Skills required: Familiar with using scissor lifts, bucket trucks, boom lifts, and other equipment associated with the trade. Great communication and customer service skills are required to best serve our clients.

Education: Licensed and OSHA a plus. High school diploma or GED required, Vocational/Technical Certificate, Associate degree preferred.

Physical position: You must be able to climb ladders, bend, reach, walk, and work on your feet for multiple hours each day and work in flexible temperatures. Applicants can lift and carry up to 50 lbs. FT Hourly position with excellent benefits package. Must be willing to travel. Truck and tools may be provided based on assigned areas.
