Job summary

The Electrician is required to install, troubleshoot, diagnose, repair and maintain electrical and electronic components on various production machinery and equipment as well as electrical infrastructure.

Available Shifts

* 12 hour shift: 6am-6pm every other Wednesday, and every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday + - * + - * + OR * 12 hour shift: 6pm-6am every other Wednesday, and every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Responsibilities

• Correctly complete any required reports or paperwork such as production data sheets, order documentation. Perform duties as assigned. Some ongoing duties include those listed below but are not inclusive to this position:
• Perform electrical tasks including, but not limited to, running new wire, bending conduit, installing switches and other components, running electronic tests, cleaning contacts or circuit boards, replacing worn components, oiling motors.
• Assemble, install, inspect, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring and equipment. Ensure compliance with applicable codes. Inspect and test electrical systems to identify hazard using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production; diagnose malfunctioning systems, locate the cause of the breakdown and repair. Respond timely to any electrical breakdown. Locate source of problem by observation, testing, ta...
