### Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Electrical Helper to assist with electrical installations and support electricians on commercial and industrial job sites. This role is ideal for candidates with prior field experience who can work with minimal supervision and contribute to project efficiency.

### Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of electrical systems, wiring, and components
• Pull, route, and terminate wiring as directed
• Perform conduit bending, cutting, and installation
• Assist with installation of panels, fixtures, and devices
• Support troubleshooting and basic electrical tasks
• Read and follow basic blueprints and job specifications
• Maintain tools, materials, and organized job sites
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

### Qualifications

• 2+ years of electrical or construction experience preferred
• Experience with wire pulling and conduit work
• Basic blueprint reading ability preferred
• Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various conditions
• Must have basic tools and reliable transportation
