Electrical Apprentice

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to learn and work on service upgrades. As an Electrical Apprentice, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various settings, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and national electric codes.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Be able to efficiently work on service upgrades.
• Be punctual when answering the phone as well as arriving on time to service calls.
• Be responsible with tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with other tradesmen on construction projects to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, following industry regulations and best practices for electrical work.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered during projects.

Qualifications

• Must be an electrical apprentice.
• Willing to gain experience in residential work.
• Clean driving and criminal record.
• Ability learn and grow as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
