Electrical Apprentice

Superior Comfort Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring an Electrical Apprentice ready to build a career, not just take a job. You will work directly under our licensed Electricians on residential service, repair, and installation across Downriver and Southeast Michigan while logging real apprenticeship hours toward your license.

What you will do

Assist licensed Electricians with diagnostics, repairs, and installations

Support installs of outlets, switches, lighting, breakers, and panels

Help with panel upgrades, circuit additions, and wiring

Prep job sites, stage materials, and keep customer homes clean and protected

Document job notes and photos in ServiceTitan

Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and code standards

How we develop you

Structured apprenticeship hour tracking and progression

Ongoing technical training, ride-alongs, and field coaching

Diagnostic and code knowledge built under direct Electrician supervision

A clear path toward running your own calls as you advance

What we offer

$20 to $30 per hour depending on experience

What we are looking for

Enrolled in or ready to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program

Some electrical, construction, or trades exposure is a plus but not required

Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

Professional with customers and careful with tools and materials

Valid driver's license
