Electrical Apprentice

Job Description

Motti Electric is seeking motivated Electrical Apprentices to join our growing team. We perform commercial, industrial, and service electrical work throughout Eastern Massachusetts and are looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the electrical trade.

Whether you're just getting started or have several years of experience, we're looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work, show up ready to learn, and want to grow with a company that values its employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance
• Install conduit, wiring, lighting, devices, and electrical equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools
• Follow all OSHA and company safety requirements
• Work on commercial tenant fit-outs, renovations, service calls, and new construction projects

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Basic hand tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders and lifts
• OSHA 10 certification
• Hot Works certification
