Responsibilities

Assist senior electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems on construction sites and industrial facilities. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to support accurate wiring and system setup. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to perform wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installation tasks. Support the testing of electrical circuits using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters to ensure proper operation. Help with the installation of low voltage and high voltage systems following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards. Participate in construction activities including framing carpentry related to electrical infrastructure. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

Must have some experience or familiarity with industrial or commercial electrical work; construction site experience is highly valued. Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, schematics, blueprints reading, and electrical safety practices. Experience working with low voltage and high voltage systems is a plus. Ability to read technical drawings such as schematics and blueprints accurately. Familiarity with NEC standards, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment is preferred.
