Electrical Apprentice

CM Electrical Solutions is hiring an Electrical Apprentice with a minimum of 2 years of real field experience. This is not an entry-level position. If you do not meet the experience requirements below, please do not apply.

We work on residential, commercial, and light industrial projects throughout Hardin County, Elizabethtown, Campbellsville, and surrounding Central Kentucky areas. We are looking for someone dependable, motivated, professional, and ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Work on residential, commercial, and light industrial projects
• Read and follow blueprints, schematics, and jobsite drawings
• Install conduit (EMT/PVC), pull wire, and terminate devices
• Assist with panels, lighting, services, and low-voltage systems
• Troubleshoot circuits and use electrical testing equipment
• Follow NEC standards and all jobsite safety requirements
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of electrical field experience REQUIRED
• Basic understanding of the NEC and electrical safety
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Experience bending conduit and pulling wire
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Must be willing to learn and grow within the company
